Jeffrey Scrimo's Practice Areas

  • Car accidents and personal injuries can happen in a variety of circumstances, but they are all the same in the way they can change your life forever.

If someone else is to blame for your injury, you need effective, zealous representation.

Attorney Scrimo and Lynch Scrimo-Attorneys are ready to take care of the process for you so you can focus on what is most important – healing and moving past the physical and emotional impacts of your injury.

    Accidents
  • There is nothing as precious as your freedom. Don’t risk it by relying on a phone book advertisement to decide who has the experience you need to protect you from the power of government prosecution. As a famous lawyer once said, “if they can railroad a bad man to prison, they can railroad a good man, too.” Know your rights, and have an attorney who is not afraid to defend them. We offer a free initial consultation so you can meet with Attorney Jeff Scrimo and decide for yourself if he is the right attorney for you.

    OUI and DUI Defense
  • Massachusetts gun laws are among the most draconian in the country.  The fear of losing Second Amendment rights based on minor infractions of confusing and inconsistent laws, or based on the whim of a local licensing officer, is a constant presence in the minds of lawful Massachusetts gun owners.

Lawful gun owners need to know their rights and have an experienced firearms attorney on board to help defend them.

    Firearms and Licensing
  • The natural and fundamental right of all Americans to pursue life and liberty free from unlawful government intrusion is enshrined in the United States Constitution and its Bill of Rights, as well as our Massachusetts Declaration of Rights.

Our founders rightly believed that no government had, or ever should have, the power to deprive individuals of their natural rights, including their liberty and their dignity, without due process of law.
